Morris Strategic Investments (MSI) is a privately held real-estate investment company. MSI conducts business through quality relationships and investments that are financially sound and beneficial to the community. The company has a diverse portfolio of raw land, assisted living, land development, retail centers, office buildings and multi-family property types.  The investments are primarily located in Texas.

MSI was founded in 2006 in Houston, Texas upon the sale of Southern National Bank of Texas. Southern National was a community bank that had six locations in the Houston metro area.
