Vinny CHiara

Vinny Chiara joined Morris Strategic Investments, LLC in 2015 and serves as Vice President of Operations. In his role, Vinny leads the day-to-day operations of the small business, taking dead aim at the challenges, failures, and successes of commercial real estate, both development and management. Vinny’s mixture of analytics and communication has greatly influenced the roughly twenty projects he oversees. “Whenever someone asks me what I do for a living, I tell them I fix toilets, prepare financial statements, and just about everything else in-between. My role is unparalleled in challenges, relationships, and randomness; I cherish every minute of it.”

Vinny’s background is in numbers, holding a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University where he graduated with Cum Laude honors in 2010. Prior to joining MSI, he worked in the commodities industry for five years as a procurement advisor of electricity and natural gas.

Personally, Vinny is, foremost, a disciple of Christ, striving every day to become the man God created him to be. He is a devoted member of St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church where he serves on the Parish Pastoral Planning Committee. In addition, Vinny is blessed to be a husband to his wonderful wife of five years, Amelia. Together they have two daughters, Gianna Rose (3) and Mary Bethany (1). “Beauty in life is taking a deep breadth while pulling up in my driveway, walking into my home, and being greeted by my loving family.”
